This Privacy Policy explains what user information is collected by the smartphone application Lite Notion (hereinafter referred to as “the App”) provided by HotoriSoft and how it is handled.
Information Collected
The App obtains the following information through Notion’s official sign-in service and Notion API. We do not collect or retain any personally identifiable information such as usernames, email addresses, or input content.
- Notion User ID
- Notion Workspace ID
- Notion API Authorization Identifier
When discontinuing use of the App, you may also request complete deletion of this data by following the procedures on the User Data Deletion Request page.
Third-Party Access

The service provider may disclose user-provided information and automatically collected information for the following reasons:

Information Management
HotoriSoft maintains the accuracy of personal information and manages it safely and appropriately. We also implement appropriate information security measures to prevent loss, destruction, falsification, and leakage of personal information. When a user completes procedures to discontinue service use, all personal information related to that user will be promptly deleted. Additionally, when services are terminated, all users’ personal information will be deleted.
Third-Party Disclosure of Information
HotoriSoft will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining prior consent from users, except when disclosure is required by law.
Changes to the Privacy Policy
The content of this policy may be changed as necessary. Unless otherwise specified by HotoriSoft, the revised Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
